Ordering is easy! Simply head into your local Red Dot Home or extended party store and our friendly team will guide you through choosing the perfect balloon arrangement for your special event.

Visit your local Home or extended Party store.

Choose your balloons from our extensive catalogue of latex and foil balloons.

Place your order at the balloon station counter in store and select your preferred collection time.

Visit the store at your pre-selected time to collect your balloon order.

Balloon FAQs

Can I provide my own balloons in for inflation?

Yes, we can inflate your own foil and latex balloons, however they will first need to be assessed by our team for quality and durability. We take no responsibility if damage occurs during inflation should they be faulty.

Can I place an order for balloon inflation online or over the phone?

To ensure we understand the exact needs for your event, balloon orders can only be placed in store.

Do you offer balloon garland installation?

While we have balloon garlands available in store, we do not offer an installation service to set these up.

How long will my balloons stay inflated?

Helium balloons will stay inflated for around 10 hours, while foil balloons can stay inflated for a few days or up to a week. These times are a guide only and is dependent on the environment, aftercare etc.

Please note that latex confetti balloons are heavier than non-filled balloons and will only stay afloat for 8-10 hours. Please choose your selection carefully depending on the length of time you require the balloons to stay afloat for your event as some choices might not be suitable due to their shorter float time.

How much notice do I need to provide for balloon inflation orders?

We accept walk ins on the day, however we recommend booking 2 days ahead for large orders to ensure we have the adequate amount of time allocated to complete your order.

How can I dispose of my used balloons?

You can return your used foil and latex popped balloons to our disposal units at any of our extended Party or Home stores, including balloons treated with hi-float and hi-shine. By doing this, you can give them another life to be remade into recycled materials, meaning less waste in landfill and a happier planet!

Balloon Aftercare Tips

To prolong the life of your balloon arrangement and keep it looking great for your event, we recommend following the below tips and precautions.

Keep balloons at room temperature, away from direct sunlight, heat sources and air conditioning.

Don’t release balloons into the environment. Pop them and dispose of appropriately, or return them to our balloon disposal unit*.

Uninflated or burst balloons can be a choking hazard. Keep away from pets and children.

Take balloons out of their transport bag as soon as possible.

Handle balloons with care and avoid sharp objects.
